Which Package Should I Choose?

Expert Resumes offer six different resume packages for you to choose from.

Entry-Level Resume Package: for college graduates or jobseekers entering the workforce for the first time and will have no work history.

Non-Management Resume Package: for jobseekers pursuing a non-management or support type role such as customer service, office administration, teachers, nurses, analysts, sales positions, etc.

Management Resume Package: for jobseekers looking to lead organizations, sales, operations, teams, projects, programs, etc. and are NOT pursuing Executive or Director Roles. 

Federal / Military Resume Package: for Government Jobseekers or military personnel / veterans seeking civilian or Government roles.

IT / Technology Resume Package: for jobseekers pursuing IT or technology roles. 

Executive / Director Resume Package: for Executives or Directors looking to lead entire companies and organizations. Positions Covered: Director, VP, President, CFO, COO, CMO, CEO, CTO, CIO levels etc. 

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Expert Resumes accepts all forms of payment: Paypal and all Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard).  We also accept checks, cash, and money orders.  (Note: All Services Will Begin Once Payment Is Processed.)

Why do you Take Payment in Advance?

Each resume package takes 4-5 hours to prepare and requires great amount of time in writing and research. We take payment upfront to eliminate bad debts and keep our costs at a minimum, which benefits the client.

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

Once we receive your information, we will email your resume and cover letter to you in 2-3 business in MS Word for your review. You will receive unlimited revisions for FREE until you are 100% satisfied. We do offer 24-hour turnaround service for an additional fee.

What is Your Resume Writing Process?

Expert Resumes has an Easy 4-Step Process:


Select resume package you need. You will be asked to upload your existing resume (if you have one) at the end of your purchase… this starts the clock and places your order into the production queue. ORDER NOW


You will receive a Resume Questionnaire and direct phone number of your resume writer. If you have an old resume, you only need to complete those areas of the form that are not addressed at all or not addressed sufficiently on the older document. If you do not have an old resume, the questionnaire will capture all of the information that we need. ORDER NOW


Submit your old resume and questionnaire along with any target job postings, certificates / awards, certifications, etc. to your certified resume writer.  We will review your documents and will contact you if we have any questions. ORDER NOW


We will e-mail your drafts in MS Word format for your review. Your writer then makes as many edits / changes as necessary to capture your unique qualifications and skills. What is Your 30-Day Resume Service Guarantee?

If you are unable to secure a job interview within 30 days following the receipt of your new resume and you believe the quality of your new resume to be the reason, your resume will be re-written up to two times free of charge.

You have 30 days from date of purchase to submit in writing via mail / email why you think your resume is inadequate for purpose of securing interviews. Rewrites are performed after 30 days and between 180 days following completion and receipt of resume. Guarantee covers up to maximum of two separate rewrites. Do I Need to Come in Your Office to Get My Resume?

No. We work primarily over the Internet and by email or telephone, so there’s no need for you to visit us in person.

Do I need to Complete Your Resume Questionnaire?

No. If you have an existing resume which covers all the questions from the resume questionnaire, then you can simply send us this instead. If you do not have an old resume, the questionnaire will capture all of the information that we need.
